My Bio
I really like the old PC-98/pc-engine and Gameboy pixel art style, and uh I want to try and emulate that. Though I'm newer to the PC-98 pixel art style, I understand the basics of shading, and can do some basic dithering. (My profile picture art is done by a friend named CardCafe)

Welcome to DeviantArt!

I'm Kingpin of Memes; I share many types of content on here, including...

Music:
kingpinofmemes.deviantart.com/…

Written work:
kingpinofmemes.deviantart.com/…

and images, mainly those made in MS Paint:
kingpinofmemes.deviantart.com/…

Smol Nozomi Dancing
I'm also the host of a popular contest, for chibi-style images similar to "Smol Nozomi" (and yes, the animation above is a contest entry!):

Why do I mention all of this to you?
Because it shows that DeviantArt is truly a community for artists of all types,
not just a place for uploading images or literature.

So when deciding what to put on your page, think big;
the possibilities are massive, and I haven't even covered them all.

Furthermore, remember to make your content interconnected.
This can be done in many ways, with the most notable being:

1. Going to your Gallery and creating Folders for related Deviations.
2. Making Deviations and Journal entries, with links/URLs to similar works of yours.
3. When thanking people for adding your work to their Favorites,
make sure you suggest similar works (with links) to them.

By doing all of this, you create a network of content,
that people can easily find from any point and use to reach the work they love.

If you look at that list of music I've put a link to above,
you'll notice tons of links to other posts.
This is what I'm talking about - helping people who love your work to find more of it.
They may quickly realize that your work appeals to them, and become loyal followers of your activity.
